I have confirmed that the latest 3 series firmware: 1.500.0013 have broke the module.
In combination with the latest databases:
Device Database: 71.05.004.00Crestron Database: ?54.00.012.00
Though I am not familiar with the SIMPL# portion of this module, I suspect the issue lies there. This firmware includes many features and resolutions regarding?SIMPL#.
