Hey Yall. I have a client that has an mc3 talking to a dsc power series panel through an it-100.
the system was working fine up until about a year ago when the link between the processor and the panel just didnt work any more.?
As of this moment, i get no serial data out of the crestron module using keypad button presses or the init function. I also get no data from the security panel using the crestron processor or with pc interface.?
Cabling has been verified a dozen times and im dead in the water,?
Has anyone had an issue with this module not functioning and is there a secret handshake between the it-100 and its 232 companion that starts comm.?
I am not a security installer, so be gentle with that judgement.?
