We've since been in touch with B&O's developers who are working on a module update that also includes a few extra features. I imagine it will be available relatively soon.
Also, our client's screen automatically updated its firmware recently. This caused the Crestron system to lose control of the screen and was only solved by restarting the Crestron program...been fine ever since.
