I tried reporting issues with the VoIP SS module to TBTS - specifically with the Flash function.
I was told that no one else had complained about the functionality, and my case was closed.
Found out from the SS API doc (and confirmed with Polycom support) that the command the I2P module was trying to use wasn't even part of the API, and as such did nothing but generate an error.
