Re: Computer Monitor as TV

I have that BenQ as my lo-res desk monitor at home. Works great and I watch TV on it sometimes.?

Now that I have my 28" Samsung UHD 4K monitor I mostly put the TV in the corner as a PIP source. It's pretty sweet having your PIP source display at 1:1 resolution and only take up 1/4 of the screen :)

Have an opening that needs 27-30" Display, and there are no 1080p TVs out there in this size anymore.

We have used Computer monitors before, and with DM where the signal sensing turns the display on to that input. Can no longer get that model, so looking for solution.

we can do a relay to control power, but with the inputs available on some of these models, is there a consistent way to make sure it goes to the HDMI that we need it to?

Anybody have any options/solutions?

thanks
