Analog ramp or AINC, either one will still let you update the analog from an INIT.? Even though it's on the "output" side, they still look at the current value before changing it.? Welcome to the wild and wooly world of analogs.

that would be the problem. Its fed from the startup volume init which is held high on 1. I thought this setup would work because if I use a analog ramp the first touch of volume would drop to zero instead of adjusting the the preset volume from the startup value. Whats the better way here?
