Hi Lincoln,
I have setup exactly these things setup but still can't access the touch panels. I was looking at answer id 5364. It says to have the device in DHCP. I like to have devices follow a certain ip scheme that I have therefore would like to leave them in static. Is having DHCP necessary??
One thing I did notice in router configuration that enable remote configuration is grayed out and it won't let me enable it. Could that be the reason?
?
In Toolbox enter the procesor¡¯s IP address
and then in the controlsubnet hostname field enter the hostname configured on
the device you¡¯re trying to reach.
?
Isolation mode must be off for this ¡°auto
NAT¡± to work,
?

Subject: [Crestron] Pro3 lan port
?
I have a pro3 with
Lan port configured with VPN access where all my biamp and amx switchers are
residing. I can hit all the stuff on lan port by vpn access but can't seem to
hit any touch panels on the control subnet. I have the the isolation mode
turned off as well.?
Do i need to
configure something in port routings to see the touch panels?
