I've only had one repair in 10 years from a keypad the client broke when he tried to move it in a bed headboard. I've had a couple of Crestron U4 DIn rails dimmers repaired and now recently the DIN-AP2.
How do others compare these systems? Hardware, software, integration, reliability, price, ext?
