Ok, I checked an it is switching just fine... everything says that it is playing sounds but the darn thing just wont sing. I called TB and after 2 separate calls which lasted about 2 hrs a each, they are sending me another one. I do have a quick question if you all don't mind. What values are "Required" to make the PSPHD paired with a PROAMP (via Ethernet) work. I am using the hardware interface v3. If anyone has some guidance on this, I would appreciate it more than you know.
Thanks in advance,
DAVE

I have noticed the PSPHD would lock up or miss commands when sent to many requests at the same time. Adding 0.25s delay between requests solves it.

Is firmware up to date? If so, always pwr cycle it if you are having weird issues and then go from there. You may have to initialize and restore if both those options are available. If none of that works call TB. :|

Hey Fellers,
I just had the same problem but in a weird way. I just installed my first PSPHD and it is not playing nicely. It will switch inputs perfectly and the Video side is great but, the audio is weird. Here is what it does. When I switch from one source to the next, it will pull up the video and display it perfectly but, NO AUDIO. Then, out of the blue, I will hear some clicks and Viola, Audio. Then, just as quickly as it showed up, I will some more clicking and ... Silence. Now, here is the weird part (as if it randomly working isn't weird enough), every once in a while, it will start working and stay on. But, the swirl on the PROAMP and the display on the PSPHD are off... no response what so ever to any of the front panel buttons. Then, when I shut the system down and restart it, the swirl shows back up and the PSPHD displays are back but NO Audio. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
DAVE

I had trouble getting mine to unlock sometimes too. Power cycle it and see if that helps. I just ended up leaving it unlocked.

Any idea why the front panel of a PSPHD is completely unresponsive? None of the buttons/knobs do anything.
I'm pulsing "unlockFrontPanel"...
