I've always experienced what I assumed was crappy RF when using RTI remotes with Crestron. However, I just discovered the fix. In Integration Designer, if you go into "Properties" for any button with a command assigned, there's a setting for "minimum repeats" under the "Infrared" tab (which I've always ignored because I assumed it only applied to IR drivers). Click the "min repeats" up to 3 or 4 and the RF reception will suddenly be awesome! It's like night and day! Just thought I'd share in case anyone was having the same issue.
