Dear group,
our customer ordered 13 TPMC-3x remotes, but is demanding that we make them white.
Our rep told us that whilst Crestron themselves do not do this, there was a company that custom-modded the remote, but he cannot find the details.
Did anyone come across this mystical Crestron modder? ;-)
We have about 30 TSW-750s in white, 50 C2NI-CB keypads in white, 13 TPMC-3x wall chargers in white... and the remotes are black.
