Another big +1 for BlueBolt. Recent anecdote: I was just now working on a
CP3 remotely and--like a moron--typed "IPCONFIG /RELEASE" instead of
"IPCONFIG /RENEW" in console. As you'd figure, yep, the CP3 is now offline
never to return--without a remote power cycle from the trusty Panamax unit
it's attached to. So thanks, BlueBolt, for fixing my late-night brain farts.

+1 to the bluebolt. They have their own web service so no port forwarding
is needed either.

Have you tried the Panamax MB1500 with the BlueBolt card? We have been
using the BlueBolt product since it came and haven't had any problems.
Just
the scheduling part of the BlueBolt line is a great feature. You get
email
alerts when it falls off line.

Hi All,
I'm at a cross-roads again regarding UPSs. Have used Tripp-lite years
ago
(had some issues) and recently Middle Atlantic, which I like although
they
are not 'On-Line' technology.

I recently had a conversation with a Tripp-lite sales guy and he was
showing
me the new line (SU1000RTXLCD2U, et. al.). On-Line, smaller form-factor,
optional net card, lower price.

What are peoples' experience with this line (TripLite)?
What issues have you had?
What other units do people use?
etc.

Thanks,
Chris K..............;)
