How is the group handeling DTMF keys in the Lifesize when making an Audio Call. Since Lifesize doesn't auto switch to DTMF like my perfered choice of Conference Phone (ClearOne) we are always getting stuck with adding Steps and confused clients. Currently I am using after you call is connected press 'X' and it will change your keypad to the DTMF keypad for you to continue to dial. It works well enough but to me just seems to confuse the customer.
Anyone else run into this little design feature and have a better solution then I?
