So I start up the Infinetex diagnostic tool and it connects and goes thru a bunch of steps, but then at the very end just locks up really bad where you cant quit toolbox and requires task mamanger and killing off the server..
I tried connecting to 3 different MC3's and they all produced the same results using 2 different computers running toolbox, one was XP and one Win 7.
Im working remotely. Maybe it was some ports outside the normal range of ports for Crestron ?
If you leave it long enough it will finally come up and say it was unable to connect..
I can do everything else just fine on the MC3. Only this tool will not work.. This is very annoying as a client needs to add some things to the Infinet network and I cant connect to do it..
