I emailed it to TB last night, got response this morning:
"I checked the TPS-4L, QM-FTCC-TPS4 and C2N-FT-TPS4. And the only one it seems to be missing on is the C2N-FT-TPS4. It was likely accidentally turned off in the panel's definition and will require a database update to re-enable. We will get this reported to our Software Team for further action."
So, hopefully they'll get it rolled in to the next cdb update.

me, like someone forgot to set that flag in the database.
In fact, if I save the project as a TPS4L project, I can set the
z-order option, compile, and upload to the FT, and the project works
just the way I wanted. Just annoying that I would have to resort to a
"hack" like that.

The last triggered subpage is what always shows up. You will have to
do
some tricks with delayed pulses or something...

C2N-FT-TPS4 doesn't have that Compile option, but the TPS4L does.

if I'm just thinking of other touchpanels that I've used.
Can someone confirm if this option was ever available for the ft-
tps4?
I just updated everything with Master Installer last night, so I'm
wondering if a recent update may have done away with it.
