I'm sorry for you. As said, latest chip from napco, latest Crestron module. You are using the correct master code right? Don't expect anything to work quickly. Don't jam button presses down its throat. Luckily I've only got one client with this system. Even the security guy knows its a dog. They switched to ELK recently.
