I'm sorry for you. As said, latest chip from napco, latest Crestron module. You are using the correct master code right? Don't expect anything to work quickly. Don't jam button presses down its throat. Luckily I've only got one client with this system. Even the security guy knows its a dog. They switched to ELK recently.

Using a CP3 for control all Crestron Software and Firmware current release versions.In addition to not having a signal indicating when the system is tripped, I cannot consistently Arm or Disarm the system. The serial signal for the keypad display seems to update correctly in terms of status and faulted zones. TIA
