We're seeing a new pandemic manifestation : PTX3 remotes breaking apart (literally or functionally).
The side buttons are flawed and being replaced. But I have the second PTX3 stuck on the boot screen in my carry-on bag since friday evening. The first one was sent back to Crestron and they "flashed" it.
Is there a way to do that at home that anyone of you may know of ?
