I'm not sure this is correct. I've always had to forward ports to allow it to work. One job job where I learned this, I initially only forwarded 41795 by mistake. Then when we went back and forwarded 41794 as well, MyCrestron dns started to connect.

MyCrestron uses standard port 80 IIRC.

MyCrestron.com and xpanel both use port 41794, correct?
I have a remote system which is correctly updating with xxx.myCrestron.com(any time the client reboots, the last update time is refreshed on the
MyCrestron.com webpage), so that should mean Port Forwarding is working on
his router.... and yet an Xpanel from outside pointing to the
xxx.myCrestron.com address does not work. Nor does inserting the actual
IP.
Any thoughts?
Thx
