Two clocks on the touchpanel, that is.

Why not do two clock symbols, but use an offset on one?

So after a pretty rough couple of weeks my brain is totally broken and I
cant seem to figure this out, but I dont have time to waste figuring this
out tomorrow at the jobsite.
Client wants to show the current time & CEST on the panel side by side.
I tried several things but can't seem to get a truly accurate CEST time
which is GMT+2 and client is PST which is GMT-8, I end up with crazy off the
clock numbers (6pm local 29pm dark side of the planet, I just dont think
they're going to go for that) and other crazy numbers.
Did a little research with the Google machine but it doesn't seem to help
with our confounding form of negative numbers, can anyone put me on the
right track here?
TIA
