I HAVE SEEN FUSES FAIL DUE TO CORROSION ALSO THE FUSE COULD HAVE FAILED DUE TO A POOR CONNECTION. I WOULD CHECK THE CONNECTIONS WITH A OHM METER AND CHECK THE CURRENT WITH THE CAR RUNNING.BUT
