The three 1976 Citicars that I have seen all use the dual master
cylinder. Maybe it was 1974-75 when the single was used. Not sure. Do
you have the Wagner part no.? If not, here is the exact NAPA
replacement that I used on a Comuta-car:
NAPA # 36237 , list price $83.29, shop price 50.29. It fits several
"normal" cars including: 63-73 Ambassador, 67-73 jeepster, 73 Jeep
Commando, 64-69 AMC, etc.
