I never had a issue with the oil weight in winter. I wouldn't take it out below 45 degrees anyway because I didn't want the body panels cracking. Not that it really matters but I also use a royal purple product. Also might be important to note that I use an altrax with a speed pot so starting isn't as rough as it was before.

On my Dana I used 75 90. In the winter it might benefit from a thinner oil. But I'm not changing it seasonally.?

Oh I forgot to add, I could not find a 90 weight oil anywhere so I used a 75w 90. Out of curiosity what do you guys use? I have heard some people put a lower weight in there for better range.
