Which manual does it say that in. I have the book that was from EV performance and in two different sections it says two different things. One says fill with 11 oz the other section says fill to within 1 inch of the drain plug. I don't know if my last email went out to everybody. I posted it on a forum about a week ago and got no responses. So I think the email never went out.
