Yep, certainly agree with Vince,? if you have a Monday ticket you can pick it up on Sunday and have airfield entry whilst the show is still being set up, lets you get ahead of the game a bit. A lot of visiting aircraft arrive over the weekend before the show, including the Bonanza/ Cessna/Mooney/Piper clubs mass arrivals.

A large number of visiting aircraft leave on the Thursday, a combination of not wanting departure delays during the final weekend, and not wanting to endure the final weekend with thousands of the visiting general public !

Monday is a good day for the warbirds area, as a lot of them fly in the Monday afternoon? flying display opener. This area tends to thin out as the week progresses.
