sorry if this is a repeat, i did some looking around but did not find anything that seemed to apply.

?

new to linbpq, i have a working instance and a port for a kiss tnc that is sending messages over a radio to another node (uronode), but i don’t seem to be getting ?and decoding node lists to from my other node.

?

is there a trick to get netrom to work over my one existing radio link…..

?

i even tried building a port for netrom and bridged to my async port…..

?

Sorry let me ask one more question….. do nodes only advertise adjacent nodes in their node broadcast message, or all nodes they know about?
If the later is there a parameter that controls what gets advertised?

You're looking for MINQUAL. If you set this too low you may advertise nodes that others cant reach.

The nodes that get into you nodes table from other station's broadcasts are controlled by the MINQUAL parameter in the main section of your config.

Nodes broadcasts are sent as UI frames so don't have a TTL.
