How does lin-bpq process SIGINT?

 

It seems that if I quit lin-bpq with a sigint signal it does not persist the heard list or node list
It only seems to do this when I issue a restart.
?
Are my observations correct?

Hi,

If you want to save nodes, please set the following from

AUTOSAVE=1 SAVEMH=1

Jeff,

I've tested here and the RESTART command and SIGINT and SIGTERM signals all do the same and save MHSave.txt and BPQNODES.dat as well as other files.

How are you running linbpq?

Hi John,

In a docker container, under Debian.

I suppose it is possible that docker is not sending the signals I think it is.

Is there a way to get lin-bpq to be more verbose to standard out? So I can see if it is even getting the signals I think it is?

linbpq logs SIGINT to console and SIGTERM to syslog. (which is rather illogical so I'll probably change it.)
