I'm looking for some HF Forwarding partners for NTS and Emergence traffic as it becomes necessary don't need any bulletins over HF. I have a full time 24/7 BPQ32 station setup and ready to rock and roll here in the lower part of Texas where it seems to be forgotten. If you are interested send your connect script to this station, I will put your callsign in my forwarding file for a connection. To connect to my station, you can find the listed frequencies on WL2K webpage.

You should be connecting to KE5YTA for NTSD/DTN traffic.
He is the South Central Area Digital Traffic (Net) hub.
His QRZ info is good.

What rule says I got to go through KE5YTA you can forward traffic to any station that you are able to have a consistent connection with?

Well, there isn’t a “rule” but if you want any guarantees that your digital traffic will actually get to its destination you might want to forward to one of the known digital hubs. Otherwise it just may bounce around to stations that are not following any guidelines. It’s your choice in the end. 73, Todd N7TRY PNW7 Alt Digital Hub.

Some of these things I don’t understand.
In our county, if you want to be involved in serving in a disaster, you are 10 trillion more times likely, if you have been affiliating with those who are legally empowered to manage the disaster. If they have never met you and don’t know who you are, how would they know to take advantage of your capabilities when something really bad has happened and they’re very very stressed??
If you’ve been working with them and their volunteers, and growing relationships for years, and are called upon every time there’s a declared disaster, ?then you can pretty much guarantee you will have stuff to do. Of course, normal communications don’t always break down and so you may not get called to transmit terribly important messages, but at least you’re there and known And available in case they do. ? You’ll probably be running training exercises every few weeks to keep up techniques and assets. ?
So I think if you really want to be involved in emergencies, the best thing to do is start serving and building those relationships with people who are legally in charge when the emergencies occur

Yes, there are rules to follow in the DTN. Refer to the ARRL Public Service Communications Manual, Appendix B, Methods and Practices Guidelines, Ch. 6, the ARRL NTS Manual, RRI's Traffic Operations Manual, and the various DTN Area web pages for your network Area, .?

That’s why we have our own system of operators willing to handle traffic not part of the RRI

If inbound traffic is forwarded to a

forwarding it. This requires a trust relationship, and is in part
why such "rules" exist. Outbound traffic is another matter, but I
think you are looking for inbound traffic.
But we should probably take this
