I have tryed this config without success, no answer when pinging 192.168.0.114 from the client.
Probably missed a lot....

Disable the service and run linbpq manually. Then you will see any error messages.

PS... I completely forgot that when using QTT in tabbed mode while connected with a bpq node via an FBB port the RF ports do not appear as an option for monitoring until AFTER the initial monitor tab
