IOADDR made no difference, my guess is it is something for windows....

This may be a dumb question, but do the panel LEDs on the TNC still blink when in KISS mode, ie. I'm expecting the xmit/rev Con/Sta LED's to light up when a connection is made, packet is sent/recved
