How to find HA forwarding peer

Hi Gang!
?
I am running my LinBPQ BBS on 145.050 out in Greenville Tx (~50 miles Northeast of DFW).? I don't have any other packet stations near me. I can usually connect to N5COR-10 on 145.050 and I guess I could hear other stations if I changed frequency.? I have a 3 element yagi that I am going to mount on the tower soon, so I am fairly sure I'll be able to reliably reach into the big city.
?
My question is: how do I find a peer willing to accept and forward messages?? Is there a way to reach out to the sysop that I don't know about?? I'm sure once I find my forwarder I'll have more questions,? is there a "setting up HA forwarding for dummies" document somewhere?
?
Thanks and 73
Ken AC0TG
