Notice the "255" figure in the obsolescence place.? I've seen
this on several nodes
going back several
versions.? I've asked the partner to shut down their BPQ32,
remove the BPQNodes.dat file, and reboot.? This, of course, is a
workaround,
but I'm wondering how this develops in the first place.
I recently started seeing W0ARP's BBS using his fallback routing
over 2m
and checked his AXIP routing to AC0VC's BBS:

Hi Joey No worries, yeah some nodes do autoaddmap - I have a backup node that provides that, if you¡¯d like to link up with mine I¡¯ve got all the info posted here: ?password is ¡®matrix¡¯ (without quotes). Glad to hear you got the UDP port info sorted with John, its easy to miss! 73 Red

Hey Red, I only tried a couple for testing purposes only and I removed them. I was able to add N3HYM with no problem but W4GON gives the error.

Hey Mark, I had to restart computer. Sorry about that. Problem existed before computer locked went offline and problem is still there.

If you could answer a few questions it should help me understand exactly what you are trying to do.
Are you using Winlink Express as your client? If not, what client is being used?
Is your Winlink gateway on the same machine as your BBS, or somewhere else on the Mesh?
Do your clients connect directly via the Mesh to your BBS, or are there other BBS's on the Mesh that they connect to, then forward messages to the Winlink gateway?
Do you want all messages between clients to be routed via Winlink?

Joey, according to my info your node has been offline for the last 7 hours. Are you sure it is starting? Look for network issues and error messages and get the node back online first.

Open a Telnet Post Office Session
Click Add Server
Click UPDATE AREDN MESH NODE LIST
This only works if your node is connected to the mesh network properly.

NP4JN Attached is a 1 minute video segment from a video by Orv Beach w6bi. (2.5 MBytes) In addition to 'auto-discovery' by Winlink Express... My 'Winlink Post Office' on my AREDN network server only requires BBS registration and a web browser to send/receive Winlink email. This is configurable with the BPQ32 application. 3s, Chuck
