Re: Messages deleted after 2 days.
It is a good point to raise. Max Message Number defines the point at which Housekeeping renumbers messages, starting from 1. It is not actually a hard limit, and the BBS won't crash. However it could

Re: PILINBPQ w/Signal Link USB

Re: Radio only BPQ station not responding to RF connections
Mike, WX7RNO and WA6MTY are both BPQ systems, I manage both of them.? WX7RNO is a radio only station with no direct internet connection, but it has an excellent antenna location and altitude

Re: PILINBPQ w/Signal Link USB
I'm not at home right now so I can't access my configuration, but the other thing needed to make it work right is to set the delay pot as low as possible. If the delay is up to high you will transmit

I have, but I took my station down recently due to moving QTH, and am not sure when it will be back online. In other words: I don¡¯t have the config handy to share. At a high level however, the

Re: Messages deleted after 2 days.
Mike, we misunderstand each other.? The original post shows the following: Bulletins keep for 365 days? (that is > 12000 messages) Max Message Number 10,000 How can he expect to keep 12,000 messages

Re: Radio only BPQ station not responding to RF connections
Don Is it only WX7RNO you are having connection problems with? I am a bit unclear if WX7RNO is also BPQ Node/BBS? If you are not also the sysop for WX7RNO, in other words knowing if WX7RNO is BPQ or

I just tested it again on my QT Term and it did work. In fact the system added the full address from my WP files. Perry, you should get your copy of the message I made up the next time you connect to

John, I will try that. It seems to make sense as there is a short period of functionality after a computer reboot. It lasts a few minutes. ? But as I recall ?some of the automated connections may be

Re: Address syntax for multiple recipents.
Would a space character between the semicolon and the second address upset the apple cart? If so, that may be why it didn't work for him. I'll get him to try again with your syntax. Perry

Re: Radio only BPQ station not responding to RF connections
That is at least a possibility. I can't think of any other way that either the OS or BPQ could differentiate between an incoming connect and a reply to an outgoing connect. If the serial port was shut

Re: Address syntax for multiple recipents.
