Thank you for your post.
  • Because it was how the author originated it.
  • Because it was how the sender originally sent the bulletin.
  • Some BBS operators may not want @ARL bulletins.
    Those that do may ask their BPQ-BBS neighbors to add
    ARL to their (AT or Hierarchical Routes (Flood Bulls)) forwarding entry.
    (Note: The copy I found was 100% forwarded by BPQ-BBS.)
  • Folks in Argentina and/or Portugal may not read en-US.

Would adding an 'Alias: ARL:WW' forward the same without forcing @WW upon every BBS following?
