I can connect to some BBS with Pactor, but I have a new neighbor that it is not
playing well with. The strange thing is that I can connect just fine
to him with Winl2K. I have set the FSK and PSK levels to match what I
have figured out in WL2k, but still no joy. I get one
green decode light, then it is all red from there out. He is plenty
strong here, and that is why WL2k connects right away. I can connect
with the same settings using my TS-590s, but not my FT-710. With WL2k
this radio works fine to connect to him. Any more parameters that I
should be aware of?
