No, LinBPQ.exe is a windows version of linBPQ ie a single program
with chat and mail built in and no GUI.

functionality as BPQ32.EXE in the official distribution
installer? If so, is it safe to rename to BPQ32.EXE, or just
start bpq32 with LinBPQ.EXE moving forward?
