That is as intended. When you attach it assumes you are going to
make a call, so blocks incoming calls.

As soon as I attach the Vara Port either via a terminal or a
forwarding connect script the LISTEN light on the Vara TNC turn
yellow and the TNC ignores incoming connections. As soon as the
port is Disonnected the listen light return to green and it
returns to working normally for inbound connections.
