Yes, it should. You can select GPIO in the PTT setup. I haven't
tried it for a while so would be interested to hear if it still
works.

I've run QTsoundmodem on a Pi 4 and a Signalink without
problems. Does it support GPIO? I've not gotten it to work with
a hat that I use with Direwolf. Thought I would ask before I
spin my wheels too long.
