You said "Windows 7" but the config is for Linux. Swap the /dev/ttyACM0 for COM4 or whatever your port is.

I suggest you double check it is in Kiss, watch for the double flash on power up and try slower speed.

Thank you for your reply Mark . I do believe the port is configured correctly. It just seems to me the program isn¡¯t looking for the TNC. Usually a program with report a port error but absolutely nothing is happening.
