Ok heres the issue:

I have starlink.? since starlink uses carrier grade nat for IVP4 which means the outward or WAN public IP changes almost by the min.? I have changed the WAN IP in MAP (bpq32.cfg) on the bbs I am trying to connect to in real time to match the nat address and for a min or so it will pass through back to my bbs and sometimes with mail and Buls. but then the WAN IP changes and no go for passing data.

The BBS I am connecting to has a public static IPv4 so it never changes and is a constant to work with.? So services like myddns or noip.com will not work for me as starlink is a natted IPv4 private 100.64.*.* address pool.? So looking for a way for linbpq can connect out to other bbs and pass data and receive data through this natted scheme of starlinks.

Starlink also provides a IPv6 public dynamic address (I don't know how often it changes from the DHCP pool) that could be used if their were other IPv6 bbs setup.

But when all is said and done looking for the way to have both bbs to exchange data once the starlink side of the connection reaches out and makes the connection and establish a link.? As I see no way for a bbs to initiate a incoming connection.
