The only 'amateur radio AXIP Network' are the 44.x.x.x addresses, and now that some of those addresses have been sold off there is no way to be sure which are and which are not, unles you look up what has been sold. But, you are not on any 44.x.x.x address, and so you are on the public internet.? The best practice as John said, is to not use Autoaddmap.? (It was a good idea in the beginning.)?

There are parts of BPQ that have some level of authentication of call signs.? I cannot remember which part of BPQ ensure that a connection meet the format of call signs.? I don't there is a real lookup. Just a format check. John can tell you for sure.
