RPR is copyrighted. It is not an open mode. I myself have access to software I've been paid to develop that I should not but could put out into the world that my employer may or may not choose to sue me over. There is no explicit legal blessing here I've seen or the software would be up on SCS's page and not a random dropbox account right?
