You can also run a digi from BPQ by adding these two lines to your radio port. The digi uses the same SSID as the node.

?DIGIFLAG=1
?DIGIPORT=0

I asked around a few months ago about running the digi on LinBPQ or Direwolf and did not get any difinitive answer. I decided to run both. The node doesn't get a lot of traffic so I can't say which is better.

The method above works only if BPQ is using KISS to communicate with UZ7HO Soundmodem, i.e. it will not work if BPQ is using the UZ7HO driver. On VHF I found that KISS vs. UZ7HO/AGW seemed to perform equally, so I normally use KISS in that mode.
