PERMITTEDCALLS? Did you mean PERMITTEDAPPLS as in the subject of
this thread? If APPLS then see
Specifically:
PERMITTEDAPPLS=APPLS
This limits which applications can be accesed via this port, and
prevents direct connects to the Application Callsign or Alias.
Parameter is a comma separated list of Appl Numbers allowed to
connect. Default is to permit all applications.
