Just wanted to update this for others, John you were correct, Changing my IDMSG did the trick!
My config file has been corrected to:
IDMSG:?????????????????????????????????????????? ; UI Node broadcast text
Network node (KSOLA)
***????????????????????????????????????????????? ; Denotes end of IDMSG text
