Just realized that RPR connects do not work properly anymore
(at least at RMS HB9AK - SCS DRAGON is used for RPR): When
connecting, BPQ32 replies correctly, but the port monitor
(PACTOR) still says 'TNC State free'. Mode switches between
STANDBY and Channel-Busy. As long as Channel-Busy remains on,
the connect proceeds, but suddenly the mode switches back to
STANDBY, and the TRX changes the QRG.
