Hello,

In light of the comments regarding the SID on 9 Feb I thought I would have a look at what I recorded. ?I have attached a screen shot for that day and I have recorded it - I think although its not the classic "sharks fin" I was told to look for.

I'm using the standard set up of ?UKRAA VLF receiver tuned to 23.4khz (Ramsloh) and UKRAA ?antenna, using Radio Sky pipe on an old laptop.

Here are my observations of the X3.3 SID showing the characteristic 'bouncing' produced when a large decrease

in the ionospheric height moves the sky wave through the in phase or out of phase point.

?

Particularly visible on 22.1 and 23.4 kHz.
