Hi I¡¯ve tried both 7 and 8 of the conditional actions on backwaters site but still having the problem with the unknown sound file as below, this was with blackwaters optional conditions 7!

I guess you are using GRAVES transmitter.? If so , there is an excellent Spectrum Lab Conditional Action script at to sort things out for you. Spectrum Lab is very versatile but can take a while to get to grips.
