Yes, that is what I meant. Those bearings and shaft and then motor. Also, the belt may generate some vibrations if it has a bend in it. Old, hardened belts may do that

@Andreli The headstock bearings are ok as far as i can check them.? i have very little run out on the spindle nose.? I suppose the thing to do is check the run out on the countershaft the same way.
