Time for a simply logical approach?
The bearings don't magically....spontaneously....lock up.
Something is mechanically preventing movement.
( yes...before someone says it....I know rusted bearings are technically "something mechanical preventing movement".)
And....lastly...."brute force" is rarely the answer.
