That should have read specs on the gear.? MC stocks a lot of them.
If you can find the specs on the pulley you might find one on McMaster carr.

I will turn out a bronze bushing on my brothers lathe and press it into the pulley then press the gear onto the bushing. But that plan is contengent on getting the plans from Clausing and as someone wanted to see a pic in another user group I posted in I thought I'd share it here as well.
